Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At our store, every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. Since most of our pieces are limited, curated, and often one-of-a-kind, all sales made through our website/store are considered final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. Customers are requested to review all product details, sizing information, and images carefully before completing their purchase.
However, in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will gladly review the issue. To be eligible for consideration, an uninterrupted opening/unboxing video must be recorded from the very beginning of opening the package, clearly showing the shipping label and the condition of the product upon arrival. Claims made without a valid opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Any issue regarding defective or incorrect products must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Please note that minor variations in colour, texture, lighting, or fit may occur due to screen resolution, photography lighting, and the nature of thrifted/vintage pieces. Such differences are not considered defects.
If your claim is approved after verification, the refund amount will be issued strictly in the form of store credit. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and will remain valid as per the store’s applicable policy. Monetary refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.
